We will be performing emergency infrastructure maintenance on the EU public cloud on Thursday, September 27th between 10.00pm and 11.00pm BST (11.00pm - 12.00am UTC).
Over the past 24 hours, we have observed partial degradation to our backend services due to non-performant hardware. We intend to initiate a planned failover to new hardware in order to correct the issues. It's anticipated this will take no more than 5 minutes to complete and do not expect any disruption to service during this period. This notice is for information purposes only. We will update once the work is complete.
